A spark of home, kindled since 2022
Chingaari opened its doors in Buderim in 2022 with a simple idea: bring the real flavours, aromas and warmth of India to the Sunshine Coast. Not a watered-down version β the real thing.
Our kitchen draws equally from the tandoors of the North and the spice-forward, dosa-and-idly traditions of the South. Every curry is built from scratch, every naan is hand-stretched, and every table β from date nights to family gatherings β gets the same warm welcome.
